« Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset. That went out of the way to help and customised the food. Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb »

« Fantastic location. Good sized clean room, comfortable bed and a great power shower. Comprehensive choice of delicious food at Breakfast and Dinner served by attentive friendly staff. In particular Rupali and Shivamshu were excellent. The Spa was out of action during our visit which was disappointing . The hours of operation of swimming pool and spa were also limiting as they closed at 5pm. »

« This was such a beautiful stay. I booked a suite with a mountain view. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Mall road is just a walk away and theres plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. »

« Stay was excellent but restaurant services was not good.on 21.5.26 evening dessert gulabjamun khoya tested burnt and icecream was sticky. On 22/23.5.26 morning breakfast had to wait half an hour for tea otherwise service was good »

« This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay! »

« Bon hotel. Chambre très spacieuse mais pas niquel au niveau propreté (drap taché, trache d'humidité, ...). Belle situation et vue en particulier depuis la grande piscine et les balcons des chambres supérieure.. Un peu isolé tout de même et au final on aurait preferé. Restaurant et petit dejeuner OK. « Overall, the staff were polite and courteous, which was definitely a positive. However, the location of the property is quite inconvenient — there’s nothing nearby, and you need to drive at least 30 minutes just to find food outside. The in-house restaurant is quite expensive, and the portion sizes are small for the price charged. At times, the staff would call even when we preferred not to be disturbed. « We had a wonderful stay at Echor Tree Mandara Village. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great location and kind staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was delicious. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains and Dharamshala. Highly recommended and will be staying again when back! »
